* I have a body that is inflexible and stiff. Is flexibility necessary to attend courses? For health purposes, my goal is to soften up my body.
In today’s society, we tend to sit in the exact same positions when working, and we work for hours on end. That limits our movement time, which makes us more inflexible.
The more solid your body is, the more challenging it will be to move around the way you used to. With that said, yoga can be used to enhance your overall health.
For starters, we will begin practicing yoga.
Our bodies move in a certain way, and the way we breathe is important.
Moving and breathing right allows our bodies to become more flexible.
Such behavior also facilitates muscle quality changes, which then modifies the body’s metabolism.
You can practice yoga poses comfortably with a certain body structure, though this is only achievable with conventional yoga.
The comfort that you get from the practice will make you want to explore yoga further.
* Are age restrictions involved?
There are no age limits associated with yoga.
Just about anybody who has an interest in yoga is able to engage in the practice.
It doesn’t matter if they are senior citizens or students in high school.
People of any age can participate.
You can start yoga at just about any age, and can begin at any point in time.
Yoga has a deep connection to the mind, as well as the body.
For instance, when you experience muscle pain, you will actually enjoy the process that comes with allowing your body to heal up.
Our instructors have extensive teaching experience to help everyone, including senior citizens and infants.
We are very cautious about safety when it comes to practicing yoga.
Besides improving and maintaining health, yoga helps you spend every single day in optimal mental and physical health.
* Can I still take the course if I do not have any intentions of being a teacher?
You sure can! Our training courses are perfect for anyone who wants to explore yoga further, and for those who want to enhance their practice. Our course is also suitable for students interested in transformational experiences. Anybody who wants to engage with the yoga community is encouraged to immerse themselves in the 200-hour course.
* What if I have a special condition or injury – am I still allowed to take the course?
You are encouraged to speak with your doctor beforehand. You’ll also need to sign a customized waiver acknowledging your ability to take these courses. With a doctor’s release and permission, minor physical restrictions will serve as beneficial demonstrators. This will help you work directly with students in similar circumstances.
* Can I begin teaching as soon as I finish the course?
You can. Most of our students start teaching right after our yoga training course is completed.
